We are currently running 2-hour restorative classes over the weekend. Two classes each day, depending on demand.
Following Covid19 regulations we are able to teach 5 students per class. You will need to book in advance by getting in touch with us. These classes are suitable for students with a minimum of 1 year of Iyengar Yoga experience.
Please read our guidelines before attending a class.
Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the class starts and if possible come dressed for yoga. The use of toilet and changing area is kept to a minimum to allow for social distancing.
We have yoga equipment ready to use. You don’t need to bring anything with you. You can have your own mat if you wish.
Clean and Sanitise
On arrival and before leaving, please sanitise your hands with sanitisers provided. You will be encouraged to clean and disinfect mats and other equipment used at the end of the class.
You will be required to sign in upon entering the studio.
Please take your shoes off and leave them at the entrance, then follow the one way flow system as instructed.
You will be given a plastic basket for your belongings.
Please, keep your distance. The yoga mats will be laid out on the floor at the correct distance; don’t move them unless asked by the teacher. If you have your own mat you can place it on top of the studio mat.
The teacher will wear a mask until the class starts and we kindly ask that all students do the same.
